For the target of improving manufacture quality and encouraging employee to upgrade their skill,We held the 2nd ERG painting contest on june 13, all nine painting operators joint this contest, they are Mr. Mer jingui, Ms. Wang xialin, Mr. Zhu Zhenwen, Mr. Luo Zhenping, Mr. Wang Santian, Mr. Duan Guojin, Mr. Zhou Xiping, Mr. Ren Haojie and Mr. Chen Jiang. After anonymous mark and vote by several experts, Mr. Duan Guojin got the champion. Board of directors decided to give him a premium of RMB500. They hope all employee getting some incentive to raise their professional qualities.
